  • Automated Customer Dashboards
    Helped generate $5 million in revenue from returning GE customers who could now review performance data.

    I developed a BI-based automated dashboarding application for key customers, which allowed them to track GE's performance for key matrices. Additionally created special data marts to fulfill application needs.

  • Book a Hostess for Your Exhibition Stall
    Consulted with the owner of a site in building a platform which was unique and could be used easily by the customers.

    Bookmyhostess.com is a platform for the online booking exhibition staff, hostesses, models, and promoters. The motivation for creating this website is to make an innovative platform and user-friendly application that makes booking hostesses, promoters, and models easier and faster. The platform has a full workflow, including getting approval as a hostess and one for the customers.

  • One View | Chordiant Implementation at Citi Credit Card Services
    Achieved a user base for the app of 11,000 call center associates globally, with the app development occurring in four separate locations.

    One View was a Chordiant-based CRM implementation at Citi to service calls generated by credit card customers. The customers were either using Citi cards or cards managed by Citi. The development took about 125,000 man-hours and was carried out for over 12 months. In 2006, it was the largest IT project undertaken by Citi.

    Re-engineered a legacy application in one year which had evolved over the past decade using the Agile methodology.

    I created an enterprise application suite that replaced a legacy application. The new application had better UX, demonstrated productivity improvement for the business, and enabled better information tracking.

  • BI Roadmap Creation and Tool Evaluation
    Created a roadmap for integrating a BI tool into a client's existing application.

    In order to provide additional services to their client, I worked with a healthcare service provider to create a roadmap to embed the BI tool into the existing application.

    The assignment also involved creating detailed evaluation criteria and evaluating as well as recommending a BI tool to the client.

    As part of the evaluation, five tools were evaluated.

  • eCommerce Site to Sell Books
    Ran discovery workshops, developed the MVP, and created the product roadmap.

    To detail out the idea of selling books online for a client based in the Middle East, I ran the discovery phase based on goals and objectives.

    We wrote one-line user stories and defined the MVP based on user persona identification, followed by creating the product roadmap used by the marketing team to launch campaigns.

  • Execution Methodology for a Public Relations Company
    Set up execution methodology for a public relations company based in UAE. The methodology allowed the customer to streamline and automate the execution of their engagements. It allowed them to win more orders.

    The client approached us with the problem of being unable to execute multiple engagements. Our study concludes that there was a lack of visibility of tasks and their dependencies and no way to quickly onboard new resources to any engagement. We broke all tasks into phases and defined dependencies, skills needed, and templates for most deliverables. This was followed by implementing part of the methodology in ClickUp.

  • Development of Business Requirements Document (BRD) for a Client to Develop Sales Tool for Hotels
    Conducted sessions to understand user profiles and requirements, categorize them, and develop single-line user stories. Worked with the client to create a Multi-Generation Product Plan (MGPP), which included some research.

    Developed a full-scale business requirement document (BRD) that allowed the client to use it as a basis to get product development started. BRD development included identifying user personas. Defined the functionality needed to develop a minimum viable product (MVP). I also worked with the team to create a non-functional prototype that would allow the client to seek funding.

    The Multi-Generation Product Plan was included in the BRD. The MGPP also identified user groups being brought into the platform in a phased manner.

    MGPP also included a high-level milestone chart.

    Based on identified user stories, I wrote one-line user stories. All of the user stories were then prioritized to create development and release plans.
