  • Luminor New Bank Platform Build
    Served as the delivery lead of the implementation of a new core banking system and a payment system.

    I led the digital transformation, merger and implementation of the new core banking system, correspondent banking, and all payment-related products: SEPA, SWIFT, internal payments, and salary payments.

  • Web Application for an Investment Fund
    Led the creation of a web application for an investment fund in Africa.

    I created and implemented a web application for an investment fund in Africa.

    Main Tasks:
    • Created the MVP and roadmap.
    • Managed the backlog and stakeholders.
    • Oversaw and managed a distributed remote team.

  • Field Management System
    Led the creation and implementation of a field management system for a Middle Eastern communications company.

    I was the agile project manager who led the creation and implementation of a field management system, where incidents would be registered and assigned to field engineers.

    Incidents would be either registered in the external system and integration done to FMS or directly registered in a web app. Field engineers would receive notification in a mobile app, and could do all their tasks there, including task management, time management.

  • Luminor Bank | Merger of Nordea and DNB (Banks in the Baltic States)
    Led the HR part of a merge of 2 banks across 3 countries in 3 areas—system carve-out, data migration, and service takeover.

    The overarching project involved the merger of two banks in the Baltic region with more than 15 legal entities across three countries. The individual sub-projects consisted of an HRMS carve-out, a data migration, and a service takeover by a customer (from the BPO to in-house data employee management).

  • Groov.it
    Led the entire creation of a new product, including the development, of a jukebox reincarnated in a digital form.

    I led the creation of a new digital product: a jukebox but reborn digitally called Groov.it. I helped the product owner and acted as the scrum master. The product consisted of a web app for bars and other entertainment venues, and a mobile app for customers who can simply choose a song and order it—essentially, bringing the good old jukebox into the 21st century.

    Led the FICO integration part of a DEX Plastomers acquisition by Borealis.

    I led the SAP FICO process integration and data migration for DEX Plastomers integration into a Borealis SAP environment.

  • Morfius (Merger of NSN and Motorola Networks)
    Led accounts payable team of data migration to merge Motorola networks into NSN

    I served as the lead consultant in the accounts payable area for s data migration.

    Main Tasks:
    • Analyzed source and target systems.
    • Managed the ETL process along with its deliverables.
    • Led the AP team.

  • Bernstein
    Implemented an insurance system, supported the project substreams, and also led a sub-stream.

    I implemented the Alice Insurance engine, based on SAP, for an international insurance company. The goal of the project was to create the insurance system's global template and implement in the first country.

    The project had already been twice delayed by the time our team was asked to step into the project to oversee the completion of the global template and its implementation. After we came aboard, the project was finished on time and we achieved a technical go-live for the first country.

  • Technical Project Manager for an Investment Fund Implementation
    Led the creation and launch MVP for an investment fund.

    • Managed the creation and implementation of MVP for an investment fund, starting from project discovery to MVP implementation.
    • Led the project discovery, ideation, and product backlog creation along with being responsible for the resources and timeline.
