For this project, I oversaw the product delivery from the product discovery phase, contributed to the go-to-market strategy, worked closely with clients to finetune the offering to their needs.
- GE Healthcare | Athlete Management SolutionI acted as a product owner for two teams, successfully delivering the core functionalities of the base product on time.
For this project, I acted as the senior technical product manager (scrum product owner) for an easy-to-use electronic health record system for medical professionals dealing with professional athletes. The data gathered with the product enabled the International Olympic Committee to implement a data analysis that led to better and safer Olympic games.
