    • Launched Emaar One app, accomplishing 35,000 monthly active users, 150,000 monthly transactions for home services, and a 4.7 app rating. Emaar's website had around 500,000 monthly visits with a 5% online lead conversion rate.
    • Released international property websites in Egypt, Turkey, India, Pakistan, Saudi Arabia, and Morocco.
    • Built a fintech product, an EMR token, blockchain-based loyalty and reward platform. Users could spend and earn tokens in the real estate, hospitality, and retail industries; they could use tokens to buy a property or book a hotel stay.

    • Launched NAGA, a social trading platform where users can trade with a simple finger swipe, similar to the Tinder app, but for stocks. The product is growing with 3,000 new daily users and has 500,000 monthly funded users.
    • Released the NAGA crypto wallet product where users can instantly exchange cryptocurrencies, buy cryptos with credit cards, and send and receive such in their wallets.
    • Launched the personalized NAGA Master Card, a prepaid card connected to all company services.
    • Deployed the MIOO product, a new bicycle service concept in Sweden, releasing mobile apps for Android and iOS in one month and accomplishing 2,000 subscriptions in the MVP phase.

    • Built and launched the company's own ERP solution, ImelBis, used by more than 200 clients in Southeastern Europe.
    • Headed the entire IT service department, deployed an ERP solution, and maintained hardware on the server and client sides.
    • Oversaw the sales and support for Microsoft-licensed operating systems while maintaining strong partner relationships with big Microsoft contractors across the country and Microsoft itself. Also managed the sales and support of Kaspersky anti-virus solutions.
    • Worked in a retail shop and learned about warehouse management, pricing, and customer delivery within the one-day time box. Attended the presentation of the ISO 9000:2008 quality management certificate as an ISO-certified auditor.
    • Built and launched the time evidence and access control part of the company's ERP solution from a hardware and software perspective, connecting time-presence data with paychecks.

  • Bloom–Digital Banking
    Launched Bloom–Digital Banking, the first fintech startup backed by Y Combinator for the East Africa market, started with Sudan.

    We've collected 100,000 users on the waitlist in a month of launching. The product allowed users to save in stable currency (USD) in a highly volatile economy influenced by high inflation. Users could also get a virtual Visa card and send remittances internationally into Sudan.

  • TrueProfile.io
    Launched TrueProfile.io, a startup on the mission to solve healthcare hiring abroad, becoming a global healthcare career hub. It currently has 1.1 million sign-ups and 350,000 verified healthcare users.

    Launched the platform that integrates verified healthcare professional users. Verified users are the ones who obtained background verification checks of their education, work experience, and personal documentation. Besides launching the platform, I managed a TrueProfile squad of 50 team members. It is now on the path to acquiring one million verified users and achieving an ARR of $1.5 million.

  • EMAAR Property Website
    Launched a property-listing website for the biggest property developer in the world. They stand behind the tallest building in the world, Burj Khalifa, and the biggest mall in the world, The Dubai Mall.

    The website has 200,000 monthly visits with a 2% conversion rate, capturing 2,000 leads per month. Improved online lead conversion to 5% by various growth hacking experiments and enabled online booking for property units.

  • D App
    Launched an app for tackling depression problems, connecting users with medical professionals.

    Built Flutter-based native apps for iOS and Android, enabling 1,000 weekly activations and 200 daily sessions with psychologists. The platform has been growing daily due to the COVID-19 pandemic contributing to organic growth.

  • Beebee
    Launched Beebee, a sharing scooter platform from a startup that won the Sarajevo Unlimited 2019 regional startup competition. We have built customized hardware and native apps for iOS and Android.

    The concept behind Beebee has been confirmed by launching the product in one city. It was serving 10,000 daily active users, and there was an intention to spread it regionally. Worked on user acquisition through different channels, including an important partnership with local banks for Visa payments and Samsung.

  • EMR Token App
    Led a new mobile app delivery for EMAAR, the most prominent property developer in the world. The company built the biggest worldwide building, Burj Khalifa, and the biggest mall, The Dubai Mall.

    I've built the internal cryptocurrency EMR token app for EMAAR. It allowed users to spend and earn tokens in the real estate, hospitality, and retail industries. The app became available on the App Store and Google Play Store.

  • CBRE | Host App
    Created 50 data analytics charts for mobile apps for a Fortune 500 company. Completed it in one week using Amplitude.

    Set up product analytics for the CBRE host app with Amplitude for a Fortune 500 client who launched an industry-redefining solution for the workplace. Host's intuitive mobile app gives users easy access to the services and amenities in their space.

  • ShoppieGO Platform
    Led the ShoppieGO platform to gain 5,000 daily active users upon the MVP launch of the mobile apps for iOS and Android with the back-office dashboard.

    Launched the iOS and Android mobile apps MVP with the back-office portal for Hungary, Germany, and Poland. Released them within a two-month timeframe, accomplishing 5,000 daily active users. It enabled shopping with an AR experience. Used React Native for the mobile apps and React for the back office.

  • MIOO Bike Service
    Launched MIOO's product and mobile apps for iOS and Android in one month, reaching 2,000 subscriptions in the MVP phase.

    MIOO is a new concept for bike services based on an annual subscription, currently serving 10,000 customers in Stockholm and London. I launched the MIOO product that provides customers with the best conditions for smoother biking daily. MIOO could service their bike on-site within 48 hours and keep it serviced and safe 24/7.

  • NAGA Crypto Wallet
    Enabled the instant exchange of cryptocurrencies, like Bitcoin, enabling buying cryptos with a credit card and sending coins and tokens via email.

    To enrich our product portfolio, we simplified our cryptocurrency portfolio's buying, selling, and management in the NAGA Wallet product. It allowed our most important customers, 512,000 members, who fund their live accounts and trade monthly, to instantly buy and sell cryptos. I am very proud that the release happened one month after I joined the project.

  • Allexis Travel
    Developed and launched the MVP version of Allexis Travel product.

    Allexis Travel is a white-label product used by travel agencies during the booking process as an add-on. It enables users to buy an entertainment package of music, movies, series, and episodes to watch while they're traveling.

  • CRM and Product Catalog Upgrade for BH Telecom Sarajevo
    Consolidated the product catalog with a faster time to market and quick and easy product configuration, following The LEGO Principle.

    Worked on the CRM and product catalog upgrade of 10-year-old legacy software. We did it for a local telco, BH Telecom dd. Sarajevo.

    The project consisted of four phases and started with installing the new product catalog with data migration and providing a new UI and powerful product creation engine underneath. The other three remaining phases were upgrading the existing service inside fixed, mobile, and triple-play services. Finally, we have introduced the partner model for selling partner products and a new ticketing system. We also performed a technological upgrade from Oracle technologies like ADF to Angular 2, moving from Oracle SQL to PostgreSQL, and introducing DevOps and microservice architecture inside the telco for the first time. With a much more simplified new UI, daily operations were way more accessible.

  • Wholesale CRM and Customer Order Management for the Saudi Telecom Company
    Replaced the Oracle Siebel CRM with ZIRA Wholesale CRM for STC, Saudi Telekom Company, making the Saudi business agile.

    In only four months, from signing the contract till go-live, we replaced the Oracle Siebel CRM system, the number one used CRM, with our product for wholesale telco business. That was part of agile digital transformation, where we enabled wholesale personnel to make a quote and order in just five minutes, a process that previously took two days.

  • Data Migration, Telekom Slovenije dd. Ljubljana, Slovenia
    Successfully consolidated BSS/OSS systems across the enterprise.

    Until a few years ago, Telekom Slovenije dd. were three separate legal entities (mobile, fixed, internet provider) with dedicated applications in use for each. When they merged, they decided to rely only on single product catalog, order entry, and billing solution. What we did was big BSS consolidation program (CRM, rating, billing, resource and inventory management, check service feasibility), getting things in order and make life easier for our customers

  • Product Lifecycle Management Data Migration for Telekom Slovenije
    Handled the product catalog organization for fixed, mobile, and internet services.

    Handled the data migration of the product lifecycle management on complex bundled product offerings. It also included product specifications from offerings that are not telco, like selling electricity, insurance, salt, and washing machines. We ended up remodeling 20,000 products.

  • MVNO Operator Launch for Shatel Mobile
    Established the baseline for new Shatel Mobile products and services for prepaid customers, helping them cquired 500,000 users in six months.

    Shatel Mobile is a mobile telecom service provider part of Shatel Group. They provide mobile and portable data services, portable telephony, and OTT services based on their MVNO license. We were in Tehran for the first time, helping them with their greenfield project like a telco startup, and setting up prepaid services with our partner I-New, i-new.com.

  • Omnichannel Solution for Self-care Channels
    Accomplished to provide 1.5 million users successfully could request more than 20 services via SMS, USSD, and web portal.

    Enabling customers full self-care channels potential by introducing omnichannel middleware layer, enabling them seamless experience in their service requests. We manage to integrate with SMS center, USSD gateway, and web page as channels, one of the products which I really like and use it almost every day. Also, it was nominated for "Outstanding Contribution to Enabling Improved Customer Centricity Award" by tmforum.org

  • Prepaid Billing Replacement for A1 Telekom Austria
    Successfully migrated six million A1 Telekom subscribers and saved $15 million.

    Replaced prepaid online charging and introduced new mobile prepaid tariffs. Executed two thousand test cases successfully during the user acceptance testing phase to be able to approve service availability.

  • MVNO In-a-box Postpaid Solution for I-New AG Austria
    Enabled our partner, I-New, who sells MVNO in a box with a postpaid billing solution.

    Mobile virtual network operators (MVNOs) usually are equipped with prepaid billing solutions as their first choice. Added extra value to their product by developing a postpaid billing module inside the MVNO product box.

  • MVNO m:tel Austria Postpaid Billing Solution
    Successfully added the postpaid billing module to I-New solution and acquired the first m:tel customer.

    m:tel was the second-largest telco in Bosnia. Acting as an MVNO in Austria, they made a smart move, introducing new postpaid tariffs for foreign citizens from the Balkans area and offering free minutes and text messages from Austria to their home country.

  • Upgrade CRM, Oracle SOA Middleware Layer and Postpaid Billing With New Offers From VPN Market Area and Cloud Base Services
    New business customers join BH Telecom network for comfortable VPN tariffs.

    Expanding the business customer base, local telco operator introduced new tariffs for business customers, versatile VPN packages, which they called Comfort Package. Till then, only TopTeam packages were on market but with limited options (e.g. prepaid couldn't be the member of this closed group). In the end, besides free calls and texting inside the group, we have added a shared pool of data packages as well.

  • Oracle Technological Upgrade (DB, ADF, SOA) From 10g to 11g, BH Telecom
    Up to date with the newest technology at that time.

    Oracle technological upgrade consisted of DB, ADF-like front end part and SOA (Service Oriented Architecture), integration layer from 10g to 11g. DB was migrated first, alongside with SOA components and at the end front end components.

  • Prepaid Billing Replacement for Si.mobil Slovenia
    Performed the successful data migration of one million telco subscribers using prepaid billing services on Si.mobil, now A1 Slovenia, network.

    Replaced prepaid online charging and introduced new mobile prepaid tariffs. To approve service availability, executed two thousand test cases successfully at the user acceptance testing phase. The project was an entry point for a new project with the owner of Si.mobil, now A1 Slovenia, A1 Telekom in Austria.

  • New Generation Network Project
    Migrated two million subscribers successfully, saving up to $10 million in costs.

    Migrated 15 Siemens time-division multiplexing switches (EWSD) to IP soft switches or IP switches. They had two million active subscribers during the migration. The project was able to cut the cost by up to $10 million in just a year's timeframe.

  • Tax Evidence Inside Bosnia and Herzegovina
    Sold more than 100,000 fiscal printers that were able to evidence taxes immediately after sales have been completed.

    Every taxpayer was obliged to join the fiscal process inside the country to register taxes. It was done for gas stations, pharmacies, and major retail corporations and affected almost every type of business. This project led me to learn a lot about finances.
