    Led technical product management and development of the first joint book-running platform for IPOs.

    I led technical product management and development of a joint book-running platform for IPOs. The platform allowed multiple clients (investment banks) to enter indications of interest and allocate shares from their pool, with the UI updating in real-time. I worked with internal SMEs and engagement managers to define requirements, establish scope, and manage an agile project plan.

  • Experiential Education Platform
    Launched the first online experiential-learning platform for legal professionals and led the product development and marketing (Azure, SQL Server, .NET, HubSpot, LMS).

    I led market research, testing, MVP design, go-to-market planning, and the launch of the first online experiential-learning platform for legal professionals. The platform combines interactive videos and assessments with simulation exercises and one-on-one instructor feedback via integrated video conferencing. Since the launch, I've also managed the online marketing (inbound and outbound), instrumentation and analysis of user behavior, channel strategy and metrics, and the product and technology roadmap.

    Maintained 6% MoM growth while leading growth team for Academia.edu, a B2C EdTech company that allows anyone to share research.

    Academia.edu is a B2C platform that allows users to share their research, track citations, and discover other research. The site has nearly 200M users and 30M papers.

    As the head of the growth team, I developed and maintained a backlog of growth ideas, working with an engineering lead to execute A/B tests up and down the funnel (e.g., SEO, email marketing, signup funnels, premium upgrade funnels, on-site upsells, checkout optimization).

    Over a 6-month period, growth team initiatives were responsible for 4-8% MoM growth in new subscriptions.
