eLearning Site for Preschool Kids in Bolivia
Managed the end-to-end software development lifecycle of the website and launched a successful MVP that validated the initiative and allowed us to plan and work on the complete project with a timeline of one year.
PikyMitai was intended to be a website that would allow children to learn while playing, with content specific to Bolivia's learning curricula provided by the government. It was focused on math, language, and science.
It would allow parents to have access to and understand the progress of their children's learning journey, along with complementary activities to reinforce content provided by the website.
I worked with the founder as an IT project manager, managing the project plan and coordinating with an outsourced team of developers and designers and the SME.
Audit-ready Initiative
Designed and developed the tools, process, and KPIs to make sure all the client and patient files were updated correctly on the HMS at any time.
Managed to get all the audit-ready transactions for five sites, involving site directors, end-users, clinicians, operations managers, and assistants. This project had multiple stages:
• Understand and design the critical processes where documentation was lost or not ready
• Setting up the KPIs
• Setting up the tools and control points
• Pilot and adjustments for the final project definition
• Monthly and yearly follow up
ERP Implementation
Planned the SAP implementation initiative to replace the legacy SaaS ERP, including initial assessment, blueprint elaboration, user workshops, budget management, vendor evaluation, and bidding-admin processes.
Managed multidisciplinary teams, including internal areas of the company and vendors. Delivered information and presentations for higher management and the board of directors. This project required extreme attention to detail in multiple areas and special attention to scope and budget due to government regulations.
