- Defined proto-personas that were used to better understand who the users are, what they might be in need of, and how Scratch Pay can help them.
- Defined the art direction for the website design revamp that included an update on the branding.
- Built wireframes as a way to visualize areas of content and share ideas with the client.
- Redesigned all of the client’s website’s pages and designed new ones from scratch.
- Defined what illustrations were necessary to convey the right messages to the users at previously defined areas of the pages. This illustration work was done under my direction.

- Defined the art direction and worked on the Givz branding in order to create a concise and on-the-spot look and feel of their online presence.
- Designed a whole new landing page based on the concepts defined in the art direction.

- Designed the icons to be displayed on the landing page that illustrates how Givz works.
- Worked on collaterals like thank-you emails.
