- Worked directly with private equity ownership and the executive management to lead the inorganic growth strategy and execute M&A through the entire lifecycle from deal prospecting through post-merger acquisition, closing six middle-market acquisitions.
- Set initial synergy target forecasts for all deals, then led post-merger integration efforts to exceed the initial synergy targets, ultimately creating additional value for the company.
- Led corporate FP&A and served as the corporate controller and head of operations for domestic value-added warehousing, import and export operations, and in-plant services, with direct P&L accountability of over $300 million in revenue.
